The Conversational Tools in Higher Education Working Group will assess use cases involving tools that simulate conversations with human users, aiming to formulate governance recommendations for UBC’s IT leadership groups, acknowledging the need to address potential opportunities and challenges from a student, staff, and faculty perspective.
